We use 100% pure water that has been through a filtration process, direct from our vehicles' on-board tanks. A carbon fibre pole, with a soft brush is used to clean your windows, then pure water is left to dry naturally without leaving any streaks or watermarks.
We only clean windows using a water fed pole and without ladders because we believe it gives better results overall and is much safer for our operatives
We clean all glass, frames and sills at every visit. One set of patio doors is included within the clean price. Additional doors can be added onto your clean package for £2.00 each.
With our carbon fibre telescopic poles, we can clean all hard to reach windows safely and effectively. We also have ladders on our vehicles to access flat roofs, if necessary.
Your windows, frame, sills and any added extras will be clean, you will notice the difference. If your windows have been cleaned with soapy water and a cloth before or haven't been cleaned for a while, you may notice a few spots or watermarks once the water has dried. Don't worry as this can be normal for a first clean, as the pure water draws any leftover soap residue and dirt from the frames and will dry spot free from your second clean onwards.
Yes, If you want to add the cleaning of your garage door and frame just let us know. We charge £2.00 per single garage door or £4.00 for a double garage door.
Yes, these are charged at the 8 weekly price and the first clean charge that is applicable for your property type and size.
Unfortunately not, our pure water cleaning system uses a soft brush to remove everyday dirt. It is not designed to remove cement, mortar, paint or silicone.
Yes, rainwater is relatively pure and doesn't affect the cleaning process. We offer an all year round service, especially through the winter when your windows are at their worst.
We don't offer appointments or give times of arrival for regular window cleaning. Just leave your gate unlocked for the day. We clean windows from 8:00am to 8.00pm during the summer months and 9:00am to 4:00pm in winter months.
No, your window clean can fall on any day of the week and at any time during our opening hours.
Our regular window cleaning round is approximately 4 or 8 weekly. Holidays, sick leave and extreme weather can affect our schedule. If your second window clean is early, it's because we have placed you in the correct position on our rounds. Also at the end of each year we optimise our rounds so your last clean of the year or your first clean of the new year may be earlier or later than usual. Please allow some flexibility.
We simply ask that you ensure that we have access to the full property, including back garden. Please remember to leave windows/vents closed. We also try to send a text message the evening before your clean to remind you to leave your gate unlocked.
We always try to leave a calling slip to let you know that we have called. If you could sign up to GoCardless then we can collect payments when your windows have been cleaned. We also accept bank transfer or cash left in a safe place. Details can be provided upon request.
Our preferred method of payment for regular window cleaning is via GoCardless. Please follow the link to register as a customer. We also accept cash on the day of the clean and bank transfers. You are required to pay in full within 7 days of the cleaning date.
No, GoCardless only asks for payment once we've cleaned your windows. It's perfect for collecting regular payments such as 4 or 8 weekly window cleaning.
GoCardless payments are collected 5 days after your windows have been cleaned. You will receive an email from GoCardless prior to your payment being taken, informing you of the amount due and the date that the payment will be collected.
No, payment is only ever taken if your windows have been cleaned.
Yes, you have full control as you would with any Direct Debit payment set up.
Yes, if you're on our regular window cleaning round and pay via GoCardless direct debit we can use your direct debit to collect one off payments for gutter cleaning, fascia and conservatory cleaning.
Yes we offer a 24 hour guarantee with all our external cleaning services. If you are not 100% satisfied we will come back and reclean for free. A call out charge may be applied if we return to clean and we find it's the inside of the windows that are dirty or the double glazed unit has failed and the dirt is on the inside of the unit. Please note that there might always be one or two water spots left on the glass, this is the trade off between quality and safety.
Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance. Documents can be provided upon request.
