Your first window clean or any one off window clean will be subject to an additional first clean charge, which is outlined on our pricing page. This one off fee covers the additional work involved in cleaning your windows to a maintainable standard.
Our pure water cleaning system is very effective at cleaning general dirt from your windows. If you have builders residue (e.g. plaster, concrete and paint etc.) stickers or adhesive, staining/ discolouration on windows or frames from chemicals or rust and UV bleaching of frames on your windows, pure water will not be effective at removing these, please notify us when we call to arrange your first clean. We always attempt to ensure optimal results; however, this cannot be guaranteed in the circumstances above.
If you are a domestic customer who has agreed to a 4 or 8 weekly all year round service and you choose to postpone the cleaning throughout the winter months, your next clean will be subject to the first clean charge upon restarting your service.
We are happy to supply a schedule of visit dates for our domestic customers; however, this is a guide indicating the week commencement date when we plan to visit, we cannot be held to a specific date or time. With such factors as public holidays, extreme weather, staffing levels, etc, it is not always possible to supply an exact date.
In the event that you skip a clean and this takes your next clean over the 8 week period, the first clean charge will be applicable. In the event that you skip a 4 weekly clean, the price charged will be in line with our 8 weekly tariff.
Our regular window cleaning round is approximately 4 or 8 weekly. Staff holidays, sick leave and bad weather can affect our schedule. Also at the end of each year we optimise our rounds so your last clean of the year or your first clean of the new year may be earlier or later than usual. Please allow some flexibility.
We work in all weather conditions as our systems we use allow us to do so. This filtration system is used so that your windows can still be cleaned regardless of the weather. So, no matter what the weather conditions are, the same perfect result is achieved each time and if there is any problem, provides a 24 hour guarantee with all external cleaning services. We clean all year round unless extreme conditions make it unsafe for our staff to do so.
We will try to be as reliable as we can for you, but we also appreciate the customer being reliable. We will make time and space in our schedule for you. On the day of the clean, it is too late for us to replace your clean with another. We reserve the right, if turning our team away at the door or cancelling within 24 hours, to charge you the full price expected and/or cancel any ongoing service with us.
We also reserve the right to charge the full price expected if access on the day has not been made available by the customer. We always try to send a courtesy text message reminder the evening before your clean so that you can make arrangements to unlock gates etc... Please ensure you provide a mobile contact number if you require this service.
If we deem it safe to do so our operators will from time to time gain access to your property by unlocking your access gate. If you do not wish us to do this please contact us so we can keep your preference on our records.
When signing up to our regular window cleaning service you are contracted to a minimum of three cleans, by canceling your service and or direct debit before three cleans have been completed you will be charged the remaining balance outstanding for the 3 cleans.
If for any reason you wish to cancel our services (after the 3rd clean for repeat window clean customers) you have the right to do so at any time up to 24 hours before your next clean. This can be done in writing via text, email or through our website.
Our window cleaners do not accept liability for damage caused by decorative or structural defects at your property, such as, but not limited to, ill fitting windows, doors, fascia's, guttering, window / conservatory trims, unsecured windows and doors, leaking seals, loose stuck on lead, decorative bars stuck on glass, rotting frames, flaking paint, open/broken trickle vents, etc.
All Seasons External Cleaning Services offers a 24 hour guarantee against any work carried out. If you are not 100% satisfied we will come back and re-clean for free. To qualify for a free reclean you must contact us within the 24 hour time period. A call out charge of £25.00 may be applied if we return to clean and we find it's the inside of the windows that are dirty or the double glazed unit has failed and the dirt is on the inside of the unit.
Achieving optimum cleaning results may require a few cleans. For example, detergent residues from previous traditional window cleaning methods may initially cause slight spotting. Leaching can also occur from trickle vents, beading and heavily soiled frames; however, in most cases, this will cease after a couple of cleans, once the dirt is removed fully from the frame areas.
You are required to pay within 7 days of the cleaning date. To guarantee this choose to pay by GoCardless direct debit. If non payment exceeds 7 days, without prior agreement an additional late fee will apply at a rate of £2.50 per day to cover administration costs.
If non payment exceeds 30 days All Seasons External Cleaning Services reserves the right to suspend your cleaning. If we then fail to receive monies owed within 90 days, we will pass on your details to a collection agency to recover the debt, you will then be liable for all related charges, collection agency fees and court related fees.

Please note that we adjust our prices yearly inline with the "Consumer Price Index" (CPI) rate of inflation which is published each January.
Due to insurance liabilities we will be unable to move obstacles such as but not exclusive to: flowerpots, garden furniture etc. If these or any other items restrict access to an area of your property we will be unable to clean it and you will remain liable for the full charge.
We love dogs and don’t mind working around them, but we cannot work in a garden with dog mess; therefore, due to health and safety reasons your property may not be cleaned. We reserve the right to charge the full price quoted in these circumstances.
In the event that our equipment becomes dirty due to dog mess, we reserve the right to apply cleaning charges of £30.
